Following their 1-0 extra time World Cup win against Argentina, the German national football team has been the latest recipients of the career-making seal of approval. Providing a running commentary of match highlights via Twitter, Ri Ri was one of the team’s most high profile (and vocal) supporters at the Maracana this morning.
I’m not saying that Rihanna in the stands rooting for you is better than actually winning, but I can tell you which of the two would be more likely to elicit this response from me (hint: it ain’t sports):
